Soaring 85 feet above the ground‚ Kentucky’s largest sycamore tree is rooted on the George Donaldson farm in Montgomery County.

With a circumference of more than 36 feet‚ it is the third-largest sycamore in the United States‚ according to the 2003 American Forests National Register of Big Trees.
