Education in Mt. Sterling

Montgomery County’s education system consistently ranks in the top one-third in Basic Skills Achievement scores statewide. The system includes three elementary schools, a nationally recognized middle school and one high school. Special education classes and classes for gifted learners focus on the needs of each child.
